About the role
Join La Petite Maison’s new beachfront restaurant in Dubai, delivering French‑Mediterranean cuisine in a relaxed, elegant setting. You will run your own kitchen section, maintain high standards, and help junior chefs develop their skills.
Key responsibilities
- Run your section during preparation and service.
- Cook and present dishes to LPM standard.
- Keep mise en place ready and organised.
- Guide demi chefs and commis in your section.
- Support stock rotation and reduce waste.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
Required profile
- Kitchen experience in a good restaurant or hotel.
- Solid cooking fundamentals and consistency.
- Organised and calm during service.
- A team player who helps others learn.
- Culinary training or equivalent experience.
