Chef De Partie - Cold Kitchen

About the role

Join AccorHotel’s vibrant kitchen team in Dubai as a Chef De Partie specializing in the cold kitchen. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver high‑quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold the brand’s culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ingredient preparation, mise en place, and cooking under the Sous Chef’s guidance.
• Execute assigned cooking tasks, ensuring recipes and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper functioning of the cold kitchen station.
• Control quality, taste, and presentation of dishes before service.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, handling, storing, and disposing of food correctly.
• Support menu development by testing new recipes and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels.
• Train and mentor junior staff, including commis chefs and apprentices.
• Adapt to work in various kitchen sections as needed.

Required profile

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent culinary training.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately is an advantage.
