About the role

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. In this role you will bring fresh creativity, a strong appetite for learning, and a passion for the artistry of gastronomy to our culinary department.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and ensure the highest level of guest dining experience throughout the hotel.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving problems.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, delivering work in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Hands‑on, can‑do work style with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
