Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine (Hot & Cold) for VIP Family

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the private culinary team of a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality Continental dishes, both hot and cold, in a luxurious household environment while upholding the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental hot and cold dishes according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Manage the hot and cold sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, cold appetizers, soups, and main courses as required.
• Maintain excellent food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times.
• Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Oversee proper food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient availability.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan daily menus and special meals.
• Adapt dishes and preparation methods to meet the family’s specific preferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Continental cuisine – hot & cold.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and hot‑and‑cold food preparation.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, private household, or VIP environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and flexibility.
