Chef De Partie – High‑Volume Kitchen

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in Dubai. You will manage a specific section, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes to established standards.
• Coordinate mise en place, monitor stock levels and rotation, and control waste.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices throughout service.
• Support smooth service during peak periods and collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a high‑quality, high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to organize and manage a kitchen section, including stock rotation and waste control.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and the capacity to work under pressure during busy service times.
