Chef de Partie - IndoPersian Cuisine

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is preparing to open its first integrated resort in the UAE in 2027, featuring 22 dining venues and a focus on fine‑dining experiences. The resort is seeking a Chef de Partie specialised in IndoPersian cuisine to lead the kitchen operations for its upscale restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IndoPersian fine‑dining kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high food‑quality standards.
• Monitor food preparation, portion control, inventory levels and kitchen costs.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards, guaranteeing safe storage and handling of all ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage areas clean and well‑maintained at all times.
• Manage stock levels, requisition ingredients and optimise resource utilisation.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing food quality and guest requests promptly.
• Support, train and supervise kitchen team members, allocating work and providing on‑the‑job coaching.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or higher; culinary training is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
