Key responsibilities

• Prepare great‑tasting dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing recipes to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks, providing support in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, keeping all work areas tidy and free of cross‑contamination.
• Ensure food quality and proper storage, monitoring ingredient freshness and stock rotation.
• Assist with cost management by controlling food costs and contributing to gross profit targets.
• Uphold regulatory standards, complying with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
