Chef de Partie – Luxury Resort

About the role

Atlantis, The Palm is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its world‑class culinary team. You will manage the mise en place and daily operations of an assigned kitchen section, supporting the Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise all ingredients and equipment for your kitchen station.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Adhere to HACCP and other safety protocols.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in international cuisine, preferably within a Michelin‑star environment.
• Formal culinary training with a solid foundation in culinary techniques.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural kitchen.
• Organised, reliable and committed to consistent quality.
