About the role
Join the culinary team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island as a Chef de Partie – Pastry. You will work alongside a talented kitchen crew to create high‑quality pastry dishes that delight our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Share ideas and suggestions to improve menus and the working environment.
- Ensure consistent preparation of a‑la‑carte and buffet pastry items according to property recipes and standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond to guest feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in the pastry section.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Experience with both a‑la‑carte and buffet pastry production.
- Culinary education background.
- Team‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
