Chef de Partie – Pizza Chef

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie specialised in pizza to join the culinary team at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The role combines hands‑on pizza preparation with overseeing kitchen operations to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pizza dough, manage fermentation and ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with the restaurant chef to develop and update menu items based on seasonal availability.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and proper storage practices in accordance with Minor Hotels standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplier relationships and asset maintenance.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pizza dough preparation and kitchen operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and seasonal product sourcing.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
