Chef de Partie – Pizza

About the role

The Chef de Partie – Pizza will supervise the pizza station in a hotel restaurant, ensuring consistent, high‑quality products and professional service in line with Hyatt International standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dough, sauces and toppings while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
• Operate pizza ovens efficiently and uphold excellent product quality.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards and HACCP compliance.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Support the training and development of junior kitchen colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie (or 3‑4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis) in a hotel or large restaurant, preferably luxury international brands.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office and familiarity with a Recipe Maintenance System.
• Understanding of ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standards.
