About the role
Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Chef de Partie, supporting the restaurant chef in delivering high‑quality culinary experiences. You will help ensure smooth, safe, and profitable kitchen operations while upholding Anantara’s standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Organise daily activities within the restaurant kitchen, maintaining safety, efficiency and profitability.
- Support development of cuisine concepts, recommend seasonal menu changes and ensure adherence to presentation guidelines.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation practices, including proper storage, rotation and dating of all food items.
- Manage kitchen assets and facilities, ensuring equipment is well‑maintained and safe.
- Participate in departmental training and promote positive inter‑departmental communication.
