Chef / Demi Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotels in Dubai

About the role

Master your culinary craft on an international stage by joining world‑class kitchen teams in Dubai’s premier 5‑star luxury hotels and fine‑dining venues. You will prepare high‑end creations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily food preparation, mise en place and line cooking according to high‑end hotel standards.
• Prepare and artfully plate dishes across cold, hot and specialty stations during fast‑paced, high‑volume services.
• Maintain strict sanitation, station cleanliness and full compliance with UAE municipal hygiene and HACCP protocols.
• Assist with ingredient prep monitoring, stock rotation, temperature logs and waste minimisation.
• Collaborate with Executive Sous Chefs, Station Heads and stewarding teams to ensure flawless kitchen workflow and service timing.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid South African passport.
• Proven professional experience as a Chef, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in 5‑star hotels or fine‑dining establishments.
• Good spoken English and ability to work under high pressure.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.
