Chemical Sales Engineer

About the role

Hunza Water Treatment Equipment is seeking a results‑driven and technically proficient Chemical Sales Engineer to drive business growth and provide technical solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong chemical engineering expertise in water treatment (RO systems, filtration, and dosing chemicals) with proven technical sales experience, managing client relationships from initial site assessment to final contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new commercial, industrial, and residential sales opportunities for water treatment equipment, RO systems, filtration units, and chemicals across the UAE.
• Conduct on‑site technical surveys, analyze client water‑treatment requirements, recommend specifications, and design customized chemical treatment programs.
• Formulate detailed technical and commercial proposals, calculate chemical dosing requirements, and perform water analysis to support product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, contractors, consultants, and commercial accounts, providing technical support and post‑sales consultation.
• Advise clients on suitable water pumps, dosing pumps, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with internal technical and support teams for seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on technical sales experience in the UAE water‑treatment industry.
• Deep practical understanding of Reverse Osmosis plants, filtration systems, and industrial water‑treatment chemicals.
• Familiarity with water pumps, flow dynamics, and chemical dosing pumps is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle (mandatory).
