Chief Analyst – IT Governance & Quality Assurance

About the role

The Roads and Transport Authority seeks a Chief Analyst to lead enterprise‑wide technology‑quality governance. You will design standards, run audit programmes and drive maturity improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and digital‑service excellence across all RTA applications and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Establish technology‑quality policies, frameworks and KPIs aligned with RTA governance, risk and compliance mandates.
• Prioritise corrective‑action roadmaps and budget needs based on governance‑maturity assessments.
• Schedule and execute internal and external quality audits, retain evidence and brief senior leadership.
• Monitor Application Governance Framework compliance from development to retirement and issue periodic reports.
• Maintain quality‑information systems, dashboards and statutory reports for timely KPI visibility.
• Provide expert consultation to business units, vendors and audit teams, classifying issues and coordinating rapid resolution within SLAs.
• Analyse audit trends, recommend process redesigns and tool enhancements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Deliver training and workshops to expand internal‑auditor capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Transport Planning or Data Analytics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
