Chief Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, guest‑focused Chief Concierge to lead our concierge team at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas. The successful candidate will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay by delivering exceptional, personalized service from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally, meeting expectations from check‑in to check‑out.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Supervise the Concierge Team, overseeing luggage handling, mail and package delivery, and guest requests.
• Keep the team updated on hotel services and ensure they can respond accurately to guest inquiries.
• Establish and manage the duty roster, ensuring the department is adequately staffed at all times.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in front office or concierge roles within a hotel environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
• Computer literacy.
