Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge leads the concierge, bell desk, doormen, valet and airport transportation teams at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, delivering seamless, high‑end guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct concierge, bell desk, doormen, valet and airport transportation operations.
• Provide guests with accurate information on hotel services, local attractions, dining and tours.
• Promote the hotel’s own food and beverage outlets and ensure lobby presentation meets brand standards.
• Prepare work and vacation schedules for concierge and bell staff based on occupancy forecasts.
• Handle guest issues, coordinate with department heads and maintain departmental standards and procedures.
• Conduct training, performance appraisals and coaching to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong concierge and front‑office knowledge with Les Clefs d’Or certification.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Property Management System (PMS) operation.
• General computer proficiency.
