Chief Digital Officer – Build AI‑Driven Digital Ecosystem

About the role

Lead the creation of a future‑ready digital ecosystem that fully leverages AI, shaping the technology foundations of a newly established, high‑profile organisation backed by long‑term investment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
• Establish target technology architecture, platforms and governance framework.
• Build and lead the technology function, operating model and team.
• Oversee enterprise applications, systems integration, digital identity and access management.
• Lead cybersecurity, technology risk, resilience and business continuity capabilities.
• Deliver modern cloud infrastructure, end‑user technology and workplace services.
• Manage technology budgets, strategic suppliers and third‑party service providers while ensuring delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Deep exposure to AI, data platforms, emerging technologies and innovation‑led environments.
• Proven senior technology leadership experience (CTO, CIO or equivalent).
• Track record of building or transforming technology capabilities via AI within complex organisations.
• Modern enterprise architecture and shared‑platform leadership expertise.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations.
• Experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation and business‑critical technology programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, vendors and technology investments.
• Experience building, leading and developing high‑performing technology teams.
