About the role
Our client is a fast‑growing hospitality and food‑and‑beverage group operating a diversified portfolio of restaurant concepts and lifestyle venues across the UAE. The Chief Executive Officer will steer overall strategy, performance and expansion for both existing and new concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the group’s overall strategy, performance and expansion agenda.
- Hold full P&L responsibility and oversee operations, finance, brand and growth functions.
- Standardise operations and strengthen leadership depth across the portfolio.
- Work closely with shareholders on franchising, regional growth and expansion strategy.
- Act as the public face of the group with partners, landlords and regulators.
Required profile
- Senior executive experience in hospitality, F&B or multi‑brand consumer environments.
- Proven track record of scaling restaurant or lifestyle concepts.
- Experience operating in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Combination of commercial discipline, brand sensitivity and strong people leadership.
- Board and investor‑facing experience is a strong advantage.
