Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads Servco Facility Management with full strategic, financial and operational accountability. Reporting to the Chairman and Board, the CEO drives long‑term growth, market expansion and world‑class service standards across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the corporate strategy, vision and growth roadmap aligned with Board objectives.
• Serve as primary liaison to the Chairman and Board, delivering performance reports, risk assessments and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate regulations, labour laws, HSE standards and internal governance frameworks.
• Own the enterprise P&L, balance sheet and operational budget; drive revenue, EBITDA growth and cost‑optimization.
• Direct capital allocation, financial modelling and pricing for FM services and technology adoption.
• Lead commercial growth, secure major FM contracts and develop strategic partnerships with developers, property managers and government authorities.
• Oversee executive operational heads to ensure seamless service delivery, MEP/HVAC integrity and SOP standardisation.
• Mandate digital transformation, optimise CAFM platforms and champion HSE and risk leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in facility management or related real‑estate services.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, financial management and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with boards, investors and high‑level stakeholders.
