Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are a high‑growth B2B technology business based in Dubai, serving large corporate customers worldwide. We are seeking a commercially focused, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and drive the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and long‑term financial planning.
• Manage overall financial performance, improve profitability and strengthen financial controls.
• Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives, including financial modelling and long‑term forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial performance, projections and strategic initiatives to the Board.
• Support M&A activity, due‑diligence processes and partner with sales on revenue growth, pricing and margin optimisation.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or technology businesses.
• Proven track record of raising capital and managing investor relationships.
• Experience working closely with CEOs, Boards and shareholders, including M&A exposure.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification and strong leadership/team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
