Chief Growth & Marketing Officer

About the role

HLB HAMT is seeking a senior executive to steer its growth and marketing agenda across the UAE and international markets. The Chief Growth & Marketing Officer will shape strategy, build the brand, and generate sustainable revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute firm‑wide growth, business development, brand and marketing strategy.
• Identify and convert high‑value opportunities across priority markets and client segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives, multinational companies, family offices, and government entities.
• Drive new client acquisition, strategic account development, client retention and cross‑selling.
• Lead major pitches, proposals, tenders, negotiations and strategic client engagements.
• Develop and strengthen brand positioning, market visibility and thought leadership.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital marketing, content strategy, events and external communications.
• Leverage the HLB International network for referral and international business opportunities.
• Establish CRM, pipeline management, market intelligence, analytics and growth reporting.
• Lead and develop Business Development and Marketing teams, fostering performance and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in business development, growth, commercial strategy or marketing.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and an established senior‑level network.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, new client acquisition and market expansion.
• Experience in professional services such as audit, tax, advisory, consulting, legal or banking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
