Chief of Staff

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's most trusted right hand, overseeing the full ecosystem of the CEO's personal and operational affairs across multiple international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations of three private residences in Dubai, London, and Courchevel, managing budgets, staffing, and maintenance.
• Directly manage the CEO's personal staff, recruit senior personnel, and establish reporting structures.
• Provide executive oversight of yacht operations, coordinating with captains and crew agencies.
• Manage the CEO's personal finance office, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Lead renovation and capital improvement projects across the property portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, prioritising competing demands and representing the CEO in meetings.

Required profile

• 10+ years in senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager roles serving UHNW individuals.
• Experience managing multi‑property households, yacht operations, personal finance structures, and capital projects.
• Executive presence, discretion, and ability to operate at CEO level.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
