Chief Property Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Property Development Officer to lead our property development activities in Dubai and the wider UAE. The role will oversee the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and feasibility through design, approvals, construction, sales and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s overall property development strategy and pipeline.
• Identify and assess land acquisition and development opportunities.
• Oversee feasibility studies, financial viability and investment recommendations.
• Lead architects, consultants, contractors and project management teams.
• Oversee design, planning, authority approvals and project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet approved budgets, timelines, quality and commercial targets.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing on product positioning and market strategy.
• Manage key relationships with government authorities, investors, consultants and partners.
• Build and lead a high‑performing property development team.
• Provide regular strategic and performance updates to the Chairman/CEO.

Required profile

• 15+ years’ experience in property/real estate development.
• Proven track record of delivering major residential, mixed‑use or luxury developments.
• Strong Dubai/UAE property market experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, financial and development knowledge.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Finance or related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
