Chief Specialist – Transportation Integration Governance

About the role

The Chief Specialist will supervise transportation integration initiatives across Dubai, ensuring seamless multimodal mobility by analysing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and enforcing approved policies and frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and updating of first‑ and last‑mile strategies, aligning them with mass and shared transport plans.
• Analyse integration data, measure maturity of transport stations, and produce performance and escalation reports.
• Conduct studies on transport quality, short‑trip needs and first‑/last‑mile service areas, and integrate findings into future plans.
• Develop and enforce policies, technical requirements and indicators for first‑ and last‑mile modes.
• Drive the development of a mobility management system that supports integration objectives and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (11+ years) or Master’s (9+ years) degree in Civil, Transportation or Urban Planning Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in transport planning, mobility management and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Data analytics using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems and smart mobility platforms.
