About the role
The Chief System Analyst will ensure the reliability, scalability and compliance of RTA’s business applications and integration platforms. This role leads change governance, analyses system dependencies and validates solution performance to support digital‑strategy objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and validate implementation and integration frameworks aligned with enterprise standards and performance goals.
- Define analytical approaches for system‑impact assessment, change evaluation and dependency management.
- Oversee analysis and execution of change requests, enhancements and system fixes, ensuring technical soundness and service continuity.
- Monitor production systems and integrations, identifying risks, performance gaps and inter‑dependency issues.
- Analyze performance trends and service metrics to recommend process and configuration improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
- 6+ years of experience (8+ years if only a Bachelor’s degree).
