Chinese Chef – Kids Cloud Kitchen in Dubai

About the role

LiL Nomsters is a kids‑only cloud kitchen based in Dubai, creating fresh, made‑from‑scratch meals, snacks, school lunchboxes and dinners exclusively for children. The company is seeking an experienced chef with strong hands‑on expertise in both Indian and authentic Chinese cuisine to lead the preparation of child‑friendly dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of fresh Indian and authentic Chinese dishes for children, including curries, rice, breads, proteins, stir‑fries, noodles, dumplings, sauces and soups.
• Adapt flavours, spice levels, textures and presentation to make dishes suitable and appealing for kids.
• Produce both vegetarian and non‑vegetarian meals while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
• Contribute new and creative kid‑friendly dishes and menu ideas.
• Follow recipes and daily production schedules accurately.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and stock rotation.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in both Indian and authentic Chinese cuisine (beyond Indo‑Chinese).
• Experience cooking for children, schools, nurseries or family‑focused food businesses is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Creative, organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Willingness to work six days a week in a small startup environment.
• PIC certification is an advantage.
