About the role
We are seeking a skilled Chocolate Pastry Chef to join our growing team in Dubai. You will create premium chocolate confections, desserts and pastries while maintaining high standards of quality, taste and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce chocolate confections, pastries and desserts to a high standard.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal products.
- Operate, clean and maintain kitchen and production equipment.
- Manage ingredient stock and storage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Train and support junior team members.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Chocolatier or Confectionery Chef.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate, including tempering, moulding and finishing.
- Good knowledge of dates and dried fruits.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
