CIC Representative

About the role

The CIC Representative acts as the primary liaison between EssilorLuxottica and its customer accounts, delivering product and service information while resolving issues efficiently. The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, handling both manual and automatic shipments and coordinating with logistics.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, invoices, packing lists, pricing, availability and tracking.
• Provide after‑sales support including replacements, spare parts, and claims processing.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal departments via phone and email.
• Participate in weekly order and shipment forecast meetings.
• Coordinate with Italian departments for customer setup, billing, claims and logistics.
• Support local and global Luxottica Days sales activities.
• Process returns, credit and debit notes and follow up with credit control on blocked accounts.
• Perform any additional tasks arising from business needs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar discipline.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving focus.
• Flexibility and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and logistics processes.
