Citigold Private Client Relationship Banker – AVP

About the role

Join Citi as a Citigold Private Client Relationship Banker (AVP) and serve as a trusted partner to high‑net‑worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Review CitiGold customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage to validate understanding.
• Advise clients to deepen relationships, mobilise additional funds and sell fee‑based products.
• Identify product penetration opportunities and tailor offerings to enhance client portfolios.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage through risk profiling, financial planning and client events.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers by converting referral leads.
• Maintain strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Ideally 7+ years of experience in private client or relationship banking.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Mandatory certifications required for selling financial products.
