About the role
The City Lead will own and grow YP Club’s presence in Dubai, reporting directly to the founder. You will have full autonomy over member admissions and the overall experience, shaping the model that will be replicated in future cities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all operations for the Dubai city, including member recruitment, onboarding, and community activation.
- Design and implement the member experience, ensuring high‑net‑worth founders receive tailored support and services.
- Develop the city’s strategic plan and serve as the template for subsequent city launches.
Required profile
- Proven ownership of a P&L or leadership of a business unit with full accountability for results.
- Experience in acquiring and closing high‑value memberships while adhering to SOPs.
- Comfortable speaking publicly to founder audiences and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the founder mindset, preferably as a former founder.
- Tech‑savvy, able to work with a technology‑focused platform, and holder of a UAE residence visa.
