Civil Engineer – Construction & Maintenance Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Civil Engineer to grow our civil maintenance portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing projects from quotation to handover, and ensuring high‑quality execution on site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new civil maintenance clients and projects.
• Visit construction sites, hotels, facilities and meet with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Procurement Teams, Contractors and Consultants.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs and proposals, and follow up from enquiry to project award.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, quality and timelines.
• Handle measurements, site reports, snagging and project handover.
• Monitor project costs and profitability.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree or diploma.
• Preferably UAE experience in civil/building maintenance.
• Existing UAE client network is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently from enquiry to handover.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
