About the role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE to join our construction team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil construction works at project sites.
- Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare and review site reports, work progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and construction standards.
- Coordinate inspections and address consultant comments and snag items.
- Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and manpower.
