Civil Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to join our Roads & Infrastructure team in the United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in roadworks, utilities, and site engineering while gaining hands‑on experience on live projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support site engineers in executing road and infrastructure works.
• Assist with site inspections, measurements, and monitoring of construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, method statements, specifications, and technical documents.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Support quality and HSE requirements at project sites.
• Monitor work progress against approved drawings and project requirements.
• Gain exposure to drainage, earthworks, and related infrastructure activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Willingness to work at project sites and develop practical site‑engineering skills.
• Strong interest in building a career within the Roads & Infrastructure sector.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
