Civil Engineer – Piling Division (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join its Piling Division in Sharjah. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers who want to develop practical expertise in piling and foundation engineering while working on diverse construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution and supervision of piling and foundation works on site.
• Assist with site inspections, measurements, and monitoring of construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and other technical documents.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and project documentation.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Support quality and safety requirements during piling operations.
• Assist senior engineers with technical and site‑related tasks and develop practical knowledge of piling methods and equipment.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or junior civil engineer with interest in piling and foundation engineering.
• Arabic speaking ability.
• Motivated, technically oriented and able to work effectively in a site environment.
