Civil Engineer – UAE National (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

Parsons is looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with the opportunity to work on prestigious projects in Dubai. The role focuses on construction supervision, documentation, and coordination with sub‑consultants. Candidates must be UAE nationals and hold a degree in Civil Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain office files, perform quantity calculations and write daily diaries.
• Prepare daily reports and contract documentation.
• Conduct labor compliance interviews and keep as‑built plans up to date.
• Identify potential conflicts, propose solutions and report to the supervisor.
• Collect and file Certificates of Compliance, MSDS, inspection tags and related material information.
• Coordinate sub‑consultants for surveying and material testing.
• Participate in developing job safety practices and safety reports.
• Assist in preparing quality control reports and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Interest in construction supervision of roads, utilities, traffic management and infrastructure projects.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and construction specifications.
• UAE nationality is mandatory.
