Civil Engineer – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious UAE National Civil Engineer to join Six Construct’s flagship projects in Abu Dhabi. The role offers the chance to contribute to complex developments shaping the UAE’s landscape while building a solid engineering career within a leading multinational construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising day‑to‑day site activities and ensure work follows drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen and site teams, monitor progress and report updates to senior engineers.
• Support quality and compliance by assisting in site inspections, documentation and implementing health and safety requirements.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, prepare site reports and help with material tracking and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience or academic knowledge of construction concepts.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a site environment with good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD (a plus)
