Civil Finishes Inspector – Building Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inspector for civil and finishing works to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will ensure that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards, comply with UAE regulations, and align with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections of civil and finishing works against approved drawings and standards.
• Supervise on‑site activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Document findings, prepare technical reports and maintain comprehensive inspection records.
• Identify deficiencies, non‑conformances and recommend corrective actions promptly.
• Verify compliance with UAE construction regulations, building codes and project‑specific requirements.
• Communicate inspection results and compliance status to project management and stakeholders.
• Monitor site safety compliance and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Resolve construction‑related issues through collaborative problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction, civil engineering inspection or quality control.
• Proven experience supervising on‑site activities and managing multiple inspections.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and building codes.
• Experience on projects in the UAE or Middle East region.
