About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and supervise construction activities on site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage labor crews and oversee site works such as blockwork, concrete pouring, and finishing.
- Supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a construction company, preferably in Sharjah.
Required skills
- Site supervision and labor management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
