Civil Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil work activities, including demolition, structural modifications, plastering, flooring, and related MEP and fit‑out works.
• Lead site teams of masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and laborers, allocating tasks and enforcing safety protocols.
• Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to synchronize civil works with other trades.
• Enforce health and safety compliance, conduct daily toolbox talks, and address potential hazards.
• Oversee delivery, storage, and usage of materials to minimize waste and monitor tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily records of labor attendance, progress, and material usage; submit site reports to the Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues, proposing practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.
• Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
• Coordinate civil works with finishing teams to prepare surfaces for painting, tiling, and decorative works.

Required profile

• Proven track record in civil works.
