Civil Inspector

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Civil Inspector to join its Supervision team and ensure high‑rise tower and residential construction projects meet all technical, quality, and safety standards across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular on‑site inspections of high‑rise and residential projects to verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality‑control procedures.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.
• Review and verify construction materials and workmanship against project requirements.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a consultant‑firm environment.
• Proven experience as a Civil Inspector on high‑rise tower and residential projects within the UAE.
