Civil Lead – Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a senior Civil Lead to oversee infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring design integrity, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of complex civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all civil engineering aspects of assigned projects.
• Guarantee adherence to local and international civil engineering codes.
• Maintain design integrity and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the execution of large‑scale infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimise project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience supervising civil engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification.
• Proven project management and technical leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of civil engineering codes.
• Proficiency with civil engineering design tools.
• Strong project management capabilities.
