Civil Project Manager – Large‑Scale Development

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and quality control.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and company standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Represent the company in client meetings and key project decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in development, contracting or consultancy, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• At least 2 years of recent Dubai experience in a similar position.
• Proven ability to independently manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and the full project lifecycle.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to use reporting systems.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification (advantageous).
