Civil Quantity Survey Engineer

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Civil Quantity Survey Engineer to support its Projects & Engineering Department in Abu Dhabi. The role involves analysing project requirements, preparing scopes of work, and delivering accurate cost estimates for both in‑house and outsourced capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse project requirements and coordinate scope of works with engineering teams.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare detailed cost estimations.
• Develop project briefs, quotation approval forms and assist in tender preparation.
• Support project planning, scheduling and monitoring activities to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical advice, prepare specifications and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Assist in managing construction drawings, subcontract administration and overall project control.
• Guide the tendering process, evaluate technical proposals and liaise with contractors.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering background with experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to perform cost estimation and quantity surveying tasks.
• Familiarity with project planning and monitoring processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Quantity take‑off and cost estimation techniques.
• Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Understanding of tendering and subcontract administration.
