Civil Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to join its EPC team in Abu Dhabi for the West‑to‑East Pipeline (WEP) project. The role involves managing quantity measurement, cost estimation and payment applications for civil and structural works within a large‑scale oil & gas pipeline environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil and structural works and compile accurate cost estimates.
• Maintain all supporting documentation, including signed NRI, QS sheets and progress records.
• Coordinate with engineers and employer’s quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments.
• Prepare final contract measurements and payment applications in line with contract provisions.
• Validate subcontractor measurements and payment claims.
• Collaborate with all project sections on measurement, recording and reporting matters.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience in oil & gas, preferably with ADNOC, and on pipeline projects.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
