Civil Site Engineer

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join its Oil, Gas and Chemicals Division in Abu Dhabi. You will be part of a global EPC leader, working on complex construction projects and contributing to the successful delivery of civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil site works according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, client representatives and other disciplines for smooth execution.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and method statements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and manage manpower, materials, tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Proven experience supervising site works and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, construction standards, HSE and Permit‑to‑Work systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and full professional proficiency in English.
