About the role

We are a diversified main contractor seeking a Civil Site Engineer to manage site operations, reporting and coordination with subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

Prepare daily and weekly reports, including look‑ahead programs, manpower, equipment, timesheets and project progress.
Prepare monthly subcontractor payment certificates, inspection and concrete requests, and manpower status updates.
Indent materials and request resources as needed.
Prepare accident reports in coordination with the Safety Engineer.
Evaluate laborers together with the General Foreman.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth site functioning.

Required profile

Degree in Civil Engineering.
3‑5 years of UAE experience with a main contracting company.
Strong knowledge of site operations and construction procedures.
