Civil Site Inspector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to inspect and monitor civil and structural works on site, ensuring all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, authority regulations, and quality standards, while supporting the Resident Engineer in supervision of project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil and structural works (substructure and superstructure) to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to authority requirements, project quality standards and HSE safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections with contractors and subcontractors, raise inspection requests and follow up approvals.
• Issue site observations, report non‑conformances and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Verify that materials and workmanship meet approved standards and maintain accurate documentation and inspection records.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of civil/structural supervision experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE (preferably Dubai).
• Strong background in sub‑structure construction, especially piling and shoring, for residential high‑rise tower projects.
• Extensive consultant‑side supervision experience on high‑rise developments.
• Proven ability to monitor site works and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and authority regulations.
