Civil Structural Engineer (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Structural Engineer to lead design and supervision of civil and structural works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role involves close collaboration with consultants, EPC contractors and government authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review, design and supervise civil and structural engineering works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications and participate in contractor meetings.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors and government authorities throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• More than 8 years of experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer.
• Experience in design with consultants and/or EPC projects (mandatory).
• UAE project experience, particularly on G+5 construction projects.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, PTW systems, risk assessments and construction quality control.

Required skills

• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, MAT 3D, 3D Mat and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.
