Civil Supervisor – EPC Projects

About the role

The Civil Supervisor will lead daily civil construction activities on an oil & gas EPC site, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This position coordinates closely with project teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants to deliver world‑class industrial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, finishing works and site installations, allocating manpower, equipment and materials to meet daily targets.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections and promote a strong safety culture among all personnel.
• Monitor workmanship, coordinate QA/QC inspections, manage NCRs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, planning, procurement and stores teams, and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, record inspection results and contribute to weekly/monthly progress updates.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve technical issues on‑site and escalate significant risks when necessary.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of civil construction experience in oil & gas, EPC or industrial projects.
• Minimum 2‑3 years in a supervisory role leading construction teams.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, HSE and quality requirements, and ability to read engineering drawings.
